The Brief

Great work, invisible marketing.

Alanis Remodeling & Construction is a family-owned general contractor in Anna, Texas, building across North Texas since 1999. Kitchens and bathrooms are the core of the business, and they take on everything from framing and painting to ground-up home construction.

Before Kenneth Media, their marketing was close to nothing. An occasional post, jobs arriving in waves through word of mouth, and no way to predict the next one. Owner Angel was running estimates, contracts, and job sites, so marketing was whatever was left at the end of the day.

We took the whole thing over. A custom-coded 16-page website with a complete Spanish version, because a real share of their customers speak Spanish first. Google Ads built around booked estimates instead of clicks. A full rebuild of their social presence. Tracking on every lead, so we could tell which ads were actually producing work.

The site leads with the three things Angel says win him jobs: clear communication, a written price before work starts, and hitting the dates he promises. Every service has its own page, the gallery is shot by the crew on live job sites, and a free estimate is never more than one tap away.
