If you book a call, use the contact page, or answer our getting-started questions, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and your answers about your business and goals.

We use your information to prepare for and hold your strategy call, respond to your inquiry, provide services you ask for, and send you messages related to your request. We do not sell your personal information.

Booking and scheduling

Call booking on this site runs on scheduling software provided by GoHighLevel. Information you enter in the booking widget is stored in our customer relationship management system and handled under this policy and GoHighLevel's own privacy practices.

Text messages (SMS)

Our forms ask for text-message consent in two separate, unchecked boxes. The first covers texts about your strategy call and your request: booking confirmations, reminders, replies to your questions, and a text back if you call and nobody can pick up. The second covers marketing texts, such as follow-ups about the service you asked about and occasional offers. Each box is optional, neither is a condition of booking a call or buying anything, and checking one does not check the other.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. You can also email contact@kennethmedia.co.

We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone. They are used only to send you the messages you asked for.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

This site does not set marketing cookies of its own. The booking widget may use cookies it needs to function.
