This site describes the marketing services Kenneth Media offers. Actual client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of specific results.

Numbers, examples, and client work shown on this site reflect specific past projects. Marketing outcomes depend on your market, your offer, and your follow-through, so your results will differ.

Using this site

Use the site normally and lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misuse the booking and contact tools.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Kenneth Media. Client websites shown as examples belong to their respective owners. Do not reuse either without permission.

Third-party tools

The site links to and embeds third-party tools, such as scheduling software. Those tools are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

SMS terms

Kenneth Media asks for text-message consent in two separate, unchecked boxes on kennethmedia.co. Checking the first box means you agree to receive text messages from Kenneth Media at the phone number you provided about your strategy call and your request: booking confirmations, reminders, replies to your questions, and a text back if you call and nobody can pick up. Checking the second box means you agree to receive marketing text messages from Kenneth Media, such as follow-ups about the service you asked about and occasional offers. You can check either box, both, or neither.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to text messages. Consent to receive texts of either kind is not a condition of booking a call or buying any service.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all Kenneth Media texts. After you send STOP, we send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@kennethmedia.co.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number and your consent is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limits

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Kenneth Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
